Handbuilding workshop - base level
In this workshop, I will introduce you to the traditional colombino (coil-building) technique, the main handbuilding method I use in my ceramic practice. After a brief explanation of the process, materials, and tools, you will be able to experiment with clay by creating and decorating your own piece. You can make cups, small animals, plates, ashtrays, or any shape suggested by your imagination.

1) What is included in the price?
All materials, tools, and use of the studio are included in the workshop fee. The objects created during the session will be fired and delivered to the participants. This process usually takes 4–5 days, as the clay needs time to dry before kiln firing. If requested, the pieces can be shipped to a chosen location. Shipping costs are not included if the objects are above a certain size/weight or if they need to be shipped abroad.
2) Reservation confirmation
To confirm the reservation, the deposit payment equal to 50% of the workshop costmust be made at least 14 days in advance.
3) In which language is the course held?
The erogation of the workshop in English will be subject to an additional fee (50€) due to the involvement of an external translator.
4) Cancellation policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 2 to 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50%
refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop (or no-shows) are nonrefundable. Rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the workshop and is subject to
availability.
